Meredith Cahill

Meredith is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics and serves as a Research Assistant in the Margerison Research Group. She joined the department in the fall of 2024, after working as an applied behavioral health epidemiologist. Meredith earned her MPH from the University of Louisville in 2021, where she was a Biostatistics Associate in the Division of Infectious Diseases and a Research Assistant on various reproductive epidemiology studies within the School of Public Health.

Her research interests encompass women’s health, reproductive epidemiology, and infectious disease epidemiology, approached through a health equity lens. Meredith is committed to advancing health equity through evidence-based research and believes in the power of data to enhance population health and wellness through informed decision-making.
