What inspired your interest in pursuing your degree?
I’ve always enjoyed mathematics and statistics during my undergraduate studies. As I continued my master’s, I became more interested in using statistics in the field of biomedicine. This made me want to conduct my own research in biostatistics and contribute to public health research.
Why did you choose to study at MSU?
I chose to study at MSU because of its great reputation, collaborative research environment, and peaceful atmosphere with plenty of nature and greenery.
What has been one of your best experiences within graduate school so far?
I would say my exposure to research in various domains where statistics is applied. That experience has been very rewarding in terms of knowledge and has provided me with the opportunity to meet wonderful professors.
