Rosemary obtained her PhD in Epidemiology from Michigan State University and currently works as a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Misra’s team. Her predoctoral research focused on the psychosocial context of pregnancy; how the maternal-paternal interplay relates to fetal growth restriction in Black births. Her interests broadly focus on identifying determinants of health disparities in adverse birth outcomes among racial and ethnic minority populations. Rosemary is also interested in the use of community based participatory research approaches for framing and optimizing health solutions. She has been a part of the team since Fall 2020.
