Grant Awards Announced for Department Faculty

MSU Research Foundation Distinguished Professor, Dr. Honglei Chen, Associate Professor, Dr. Allison Kuipers and Assistant Professor, Dr. Xiaoyu Liang all received a CorewellHealth-MSU Alliance Grant. 

 The Corewell Health–MSU Alliance Grant is a collaborative funding mechanism that provides up to $2 million annually from each institution to support joint clinical and basic science research. Established in 2007 by Corewell Health and the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, the alliance has invested over $27 million to fund exploratory medical research, commercialize innovations, and recruit top-tier scientific talent to West Michigan
