Tonya Ford

Tonya is an MS student in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Before joining the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatics in 2021, Tonya earned her Master of Science in Food Safety at Michigan State University, College of Veterinary Medicine, in 2015. She has also worked in the clinical healthcare, pharmaceutical, and laboratory science industries for several years. Her interests are health equity, collaborating for transformational justice in the Food System, and addressing health disparities among marginalized communities.
